Mr Dvornichenko explained the problem, ordered the correct part to repair my window and explained how to care for and use the crank on my side by side window to prevent damage. He had me use the crank to open and close the window to demonstrate that the problem was fixed.

I recently had a custom glass replacement done for an older double-hung, double-pane window, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. When he first came out to measure and provide a quote, he was extremely thorough—I could immediately tell he takes pride in precision work. His quote was fair, and he stayed communicative throughout the entire process while the custom glass was being made. On the day of installation, he arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently, making sure my window was never without glass for long (which I really appreciated since it was 42° outside!). The finished product is flawless—you’d never know the glass wasn’t original to the home. If you need any window repairs or replacements, I highly recommend him. Excellent workmanship, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish.
