FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, JD Construction will come out and talk to the customer and discuss the project at hand. Measurements will be taken, material lists will be created, and a effective plan for the project will be made. Most importantly, rapport will be built. JD Construction is completely transparent with their customers and wants to make this often stressful (or exciting) time, as seamless as possible for the customer. We will be in contact with the customer to discuss every single aspect of the project, so at no time the customer is unsure of what is happening, or needs to be done. Once a customer decides they want to go forward and work with JD Construction, a project proposal, and contract will be signed between parties, materials will be acquired/ordered and the project will soon begin!
