Stephen and Gary are AMAZING! They’re so down to earth. Excellent plumbers.

Gary went above and beyond to make sure that I got the services needed. We had a mix up with the contractors to install the flooring and Gary, graciously adjusted his schedule to accommodate. He was personable and professional. The replacement vanity and new toilet install look fantastic! Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will provide you with as many options as we can pending your situation, and you choose which option you want. We will give you our professional recommendation, and answer any question you may have on the options given. Our pricing is an upfront flat rate for each option given, this protects you from any hidden surprises or not having Material on hand, and havig to go to a supply house, the price given for that option to be completed is the PRICE.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate as much as possible, either by phone, emails, texting, whichever is more convenient, and we can set up a time to come out and visit the property, and look over the scope of the work that needs to be done. We will then provide you with as many options as we can to solve your issue at hand. You choose the option you want! If the materials are available we will provide the service right then and there for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed professionals in NH and MA for both Plumbing and Gas services. We are on top of our continuing education classes to uphold our licensing by the state.
