- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We can quote websites at a fixed price, or can work at an hourly rate. There are no hidden fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step with any new client is to have a kick-off meeting to discuss what can be expected during the course of the project. From there I will outline the project timeline with milestones. The milestones help clients understand how progress is being made and the duration of each step. Each milestone carries with it a meeting either via phone or in person. For website projects the client will always have access to the beta website. From this point on, the client has full visibility of the process and can offer insights and real-time feedback. Each project includes at least 1 week of QA/QC time to ensure the finished product functions as planned. We then move to training. Post-project, I am available for questions, additional training and online support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A BS and MS in Engineering, plus continuous ongoing training/education in marketing, IT, coding, design, and project management.
