- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and work hard to provide good value for high-quality service. Larger or recurring projects may qualify for discounted pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we evaluate the project and answer any questions the customer has. Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule the work and keep the customer updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve gained experience by working directly on a wide range of home service projects and continuing to research best practices and efficient methods for each job we take on.
