Alex is an expert plumber, and it is his customer care that sets him apart. One could imagine my panic when I woke up to a failed water heater and a flooded basement.
Alex responded to my emergency immediately. He came through to completely assess the situation. Then alleviated my stress by handling the situation from buying the parts to installation.
Alex worked well into the night to ensure I had water as soon as possible. He installed everything to specs and ensured all specific requests were met.
