Lost the heat in my oven during the upcoming holiday season. They came out in a snowstorm to evaluate and had it repaired quickly after element came. I will hire them again. Good value!

I Googled thumbtack last night for my range, I received a response and apt .time for the next morning within 10 min. Arrived on time; No ridiculous solutions for repair. They Explained why, I needed a new stove and why it wasn't worth repairing. Advised us on a replacement. Thanks, Cityside , ...finally some intelligent, honest advice, from a company that's not out to just make buck, but a future customer.
