I Googled thumbtack last night for my range, I received a response and apt .time for the next morning within 10 min. Arrived on time; No ridiculous solutions for repair. They Explained why, I needed a new stove and why it wasn't worth repairing. Advised us on a replacement. Thanks, Cityside , ...finally some intelligent, honest advice, from a company that's not out to just make buck, but a future customer.

Alex worked with me on a flexible appointment time and was knowledgeable about the problem and made repair estimate on the spot he is coming back to install new washer. He will pick up new one, install and take old one to recycle for a reasonable amount. Should be just a few days.
