I contacted Ruth for an estimate on interior painting of the majority of rooms, including ceilings and trim, on a 3600 sq foot home. Ruth's estimate was competitive and I was excited to employ a female business. Ruth and her painter/project head, Jim, met me at my home and painstakingly went through all I wanted done and discussed colors (I had already chosen them with a designer) and hardware replacement. Jim and his team began painting the following week and the work was done efficiently and precisely. I stopped by unannounced for a delivery (my family and I hadn't moved into the home yet) and the painters were extremely polite. Ruth had recommendations for my kitchen renovation which I hope to begin in a year or two and I am really impressed with her and her painters.

Ruth met with me right away, we agreed on a price, she helped me choose colors, and the job of painting my whole floor was done the following week. Ruth and her team couldn't of been nicer, and I love the paint!

Ruth and her team did a phenomenal job painting my master living room (walls, ceiling and trim) as well as repairing some of the older wall issues I had. Her team was friendly and prompt and I will definitely hire them for future painting jobs I need done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wish, every job is a bit different in their own way. But I do have 3 formulas that I work with. What helps the most is having a full product knowledge and knowing what my teams specialties are so I can put the right team together and use the right product that fits our clients budget the BEST.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LISTEN x 3 !!!!!!! Assure them that we are what we say WE ARE!! Build upon a mutual trust, I need to trust them just as much as they need to trust me.
