Ruth did an amazing job installing my blinds. She was extremely friendly and did good quality work as well. Unfortunately we ran out of time for today, so I will be needing to have her back for some more projects! New to the area and had nobody to help me get my apartment set up and she was the perfect fit! Thank you Ruth!!!

Ruth and her crew had a difficult painting project ( cathedral ceilings with beams. Not only was the proposed estimate met and a high quality job done, but the professionalism and team workmanship was a delight to see. Due to their visual and artistic foresight, I also have a "focal" LR wall with the "frosting" of old FP bricks making an old Buck Stove insert look like a planned addition. I look forward to using them again in the near future.

I contacted Ruth for an estimate on interior painting of the majority of rooms, including ceilings and trim, on a 3600 sq foot home. Ruth's estimate was competitive and I was excited to employ a female business. Ruth and her painter/project head, Jim, met me at my home and painstakingly went through all I wanted done and discussed colors (I had already chosen them with a designer) and hardware replacement. Jim and his team began painting the following week and the work was done efficiently and precisely. I stopped by unannounced for a delivery (my family and I hadn't moved into the home yet) and the painters were extremely polite. Ruth had recommendations for my kitchen renovation which I hope to begin in a year or two and I am really impressed with her and her painters.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wish, every job is a bit different in their own way. But I do have 3 formulas that I work with. What helps the most is having a full product knowledge and knowing what my teams specialties are so I can put the right team together and use the right product that fits our clients budget the BEST.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LISTEN x 3 !!!!!!! Assure them that we are what we say WE ARE!! Build upon a mutual trust, I need to trust them just as much as they need to trust me.
