We called Gil based on his Thumbtack references for a house we bought in Hampton – it was a complete gut inside and out. We bought it as is & it was filled to the brim with stuff – he first brought in a team to clean it out. It needed: a new roof, siding, plumbing, electric, heating, walls, floors, bathroom, kitchen, windows + more. Gil pulled the permits - separated out what he could do & what needed contracted out + secured competitive bids for the work. All the work was completed in about a year – it was that big of a project (plus some stuff took forever to get due to supply/demand). We are extremely happy with the results – Gil’s craftmanship is outstanding. The windows & doors, kitchen, bathroom, trim, carport – all turned out great! We are planning to add a deck & patio. Gil is working with us on a ground plan, so we can have a fun & functional outdoor area for the summer. This was a very stressful project due to the scope and expense; my husband and I found Gil knowledgeable & responsive & just a super nice guy! FIVE STARS+ EXPERIENCE!!!

I needed a spare/storage room finished. The room needed Sheetrock, plywood flooring, taping and sanding. Gil did all of that and then painted, added baseboard trim as well as trimmed out the door and window.
Separately he removed 2 in wall a/c units and closed up the openings including new shingles and exterior paint.
Gil did an excellent job! He's meticulous and reasonably priced and just a nice person. I'm looking forward to having him back for other projects in the future. Worth every penny!!!
