We have used Eric for multiple listings. He is very responsive, professional and his photos and videos are AMAZING. Dore Holland Home Group definitely recommends his services and will continue to get our drone footage from him.

Drone pictures were extremely helpful for us to see areas of progress we could not see from the ground. Picture and video quality as well as variety of views was excellent. Prompt service was provided while professionally dressed and identified as certified drone pilot. Highly recommended!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every job has it's own set of circumstances, including airspace restrictions, hazards nearby, proximity to people, etc, therefore, we customize the pricing package for each job individually.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would start by obtaining information about the project itself, such as location, time, type of project, and final deliverables. Once that is done, we will review the site and the requirements, and deliver an estimate of cost. We will work with the customer to negotiate a final agreement, then schedule the job. Once the flight is completed, editing can begin, and the final product(s) delivered to the customer, usually electronically.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the remote aircraft pilot is certified by the FAA, and carries insurance on the flight. Operators who follow rules, regulations, and industry best-practices are less likely to bring liability onto the customer.
