I've been looking for a cat groomer for my 14 year-old Maine Coon mix, a gorgeous and sweet girl who rescued me on Valentines Day in 2016. She had been declawed, poor thing, but was and is sweet and affectionate, although understandably nervous with people besides me. I brush her every other day, but she has needed shampooing for years - something I've tried at home with no success. When I found Tracy at Pet Supplies Plus, I described Bella and that she needed "the works". After waiting a month for an appointment, I brought her in last week, reiterated she needed everything, and left. The appointment was much shorter than they'd estimated, but they said she'd done well and that I'd been doing a good job keeping her brushed. But when I picked her up, she was already in the cat carrier and it wasn't until I got her home that it was obvious to me that they'd just brushed her out and trimmed her hind fur a bit. The receipt confirmed that. So, the whole point of the appointment was lost. $56 fee plus a tip for what I've been doing myself. I contacted the grooming salon immediately and explained the problem. The result is that I now have to wait another month before taking Bella back and paying again and probably more.
I'm glad they acknowledged that she hasn't been shampooed, but I'm frustrated that I explained what I wanted in detail and it simply was not done. I'll be happy to update this review after the next appointment, which, in all seriousness, should take into consideration the extra time, cost, and effort of having to do the whole thing over again. The photos show her just after the grooming appointment, clearly with a still-dirty fur coat.

Tracy truly understands dogs and how to train. Chase connected to her right away with no hesitation at all and that was our first time meeting Tracy and having any kind of training at all. Tracy is very professional and best of all made the training fun and exciting. Chase is my 18 month old American Cocker Spaniel full of puppy energy. When I wrote to Tracy she was always quick to respond. I really like Tracy's positive attitude and she listens to concerns I have. Chase and I are very happy to start training classes and learn together......Gerry M.
