Recently moved into a home with a Generac unit installed. Not having documentation of prior maintenance, I wanted to have a service done before a big snow storm in a few days.I called Loyal Lab and had a service scheduled for the next morning.Clay and Alyson showed up a few minutes early and got right to it, service was quick and painless. They were very responsive to our concerns and answered the questions we had concerning the project. Concern for the protection of our furnishings was evident and protective coverings were used as needed. The quality of the work was superb and no trace of debris was left behind. I will hire them again for future electrical work.

The guys that came out and replaced my mothers breaker box were great. They were there when they said they would be and stayed until the job was complete. They explained everything to me so I understood what they needed to do and then they showed me how to turn on the breaker for the generator and shut off the main. They were very friendly and helpful with everything.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact, schedule an estimate or schedule the work if an estimate is not needed. Then I complete the work as promised! Its that simple!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my education while still in high school then continued with Tenet Ed for another 4 years. I have also taken multiple courses to educate myself on home automation and lighting control.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always fascinated with making things work with electricity. My 8th grade science teacher is to thank for that!
