Wow! I called this morning and set up an appointment. Within an hour Clay called and asked if today would work. Troy came out and moved a basement light and light switch. His communication with asking questions, then explaining what he planned to do was refreshing and spot on! The work looks clean and exactly what I wanted. Quality Electric, indeed!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact, schedule an estimate or schedule the work if an estimate is not needed. Then I complete the work as promised! Its that simple!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my education while still in high school then continued with Tenet Ed for another 4 years. I have also taken multiple courses to educate myself on home automation and lighting control.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always fascinated with making things work with electricity. My 8th grade science teacher is to thank for that!
