- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Consultation: We schedule a free consultation to understand your specific needs and requirements. 2. Assessment: We will assess any possible vulnerabilities and determine the best solutions for your fire alarm, security system, CCTV surveillance, and access control needs. 3. Proposal: We will provide you with a detailed quote that outlines the recommended services, installation, maintenance, and inspections. 4. Installation: Once the quote is approved and we've received *our agreed upon downpayment towards the equipment/job. Our typical initial charge is 50% down. 5. Maintenance: We offer annual and quarterly system inspections, perform necessary repairs, deliver required reports for fire alarms. We aim to deliver high-quality service and build long lasting relationships with our valued customers.
