Had some shingles fly off my roof this past winter. Ben was able to show up on short notice and take care of the issue. He also noticed the vent pipe flashing was installed incorrectly, and managed to take care of that while he was up there. Compass Exteriors helped me and my family with our new Skylight, roof cleaning and ventilation inspection. We have had 2 skylights put in over the last 5 years and they all leaked after maybe a couple months. Anytime the company would come and seal it, it would just leak in a matter of a few weeks so we were very hesitant on getting another one put in. We shopped around and asked around and we found Compass Exteriors! They went above and beyond. The skylight they put in has not leaked at all. It works the same as the day they put it in. Our houses ventilation has increased exponentially since they finished the job. They found hidden moisture that was detrimental to our upstairs. Now everything is dry and all of the issues that they found are fixed and have stayed fixed. We love Compass Exteriors! They were Extremely honest and very knowledgeable. You can tell that they give a sh*t about you and your house. Thats hard to find these days so I had to leave them a great review. Thank you Compass Exteriors!
