- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DWIGHT’S WEDDING GUITAR SERVICES AND PRICES *MOST IMPORTANT* *Get your date booked early* Even if you don't know exactly what you need or want, once we're booked with a small deposit, the date is yours. It's no problem to add or subtract services as your plans get more definite. There are very few professional wedding guitarists and singers, so we book up fast. Then we'll have plenty of time to put everything together as your plans evolve. "Dwight was fantastic! He was wonderful every step of the way. He was very detailed during the planning process ensuring the music would be perfect for our wedding. He has great energy. He is very flexible, affordable, and a great musician. I'm so glad we chose Dwight!" Prices vary depending on the type of event but typically range from $100 to $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start by scheduling a phone call to be sure it's a good fit. Although sometimes a client is comfortable based on my profile , so we can save time by getting the date booked without a call. Booking involves an electronic signature contract, which can be done in 5 min right on line (no printing/scanning/attaching files/etc.), and a $50 booking deposit through PayPal or Venmo ( you do not need an account). We can always adjust the exact services after the date is booked.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Especially for weddings and memorials, choose someone with experience, and pay attention to the feedback of past clients.
