- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always straight-forward. We provide a proposal based on client-needs or project scope. The proposal will include an quote and terms for rounds for revisions and expectations. Project-based Work Once the proposal has been signed, Wookie Design bills a 50% deposit before initiating work and invoices the other 50% upon completion. We do not exceed quoted amount without sending and receiving approval on an addendum. Retainers and Subscription-based work Once the proposal has been signed, Wookie Creative bills for the first cycle and sets up a repeating invoice for the same day monthly to continue service throughout the agreed period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wookie Design schedules an introductory meeting or video call. We discuss business goals and project scope in this call. At that point, we send the client a proposal for review. Upon acceptance and receipt of a deposit, Wookie Creative initiates work. Depending on the project, we schedule regular calls and review cycles to ensure that we are on track. For ongoing services, such as SEO plans, we provide monthly reporting on and offer regular progress calls. One-on-one consultations are always an option as well.

Wookie Creative puts together a team from a close-knit network of Advertising and Marketing Agency veterans. Most of our team has a large background in Fortune 100-500 Marketing and Development for healthcare and technology sectors.
