Loui and the team were truly the best! We needed to patch the walls in the units after blocking the gas vents. Before Loui, I contacted two different handyman teams and definitely got ghosted after scheduling for work days. I was very frustrated but Loui showed up on time! Loui was also very good at communicating on any schedule change / before&after of the tasks. The work was done very VERY nicely and well. Loui's team was not the most affordable option BUT thinking back about the time I wasted while waiting for the previous handyman teams and the work quality of Loui's team, it was totally worth it! (And I wanted to pay more!!) Thank you Loui! Hope to work with you again soon!!

They responded to me within an hour and set up a consultation for the next morning. They arrived as agreed and prepared a quote and were able to start immediately and fixed my problem in less than 4 hours. The price might have been higher than others but they were so prompt and knowledgeable I chose to forgo the other estimates and got it done quick, which is important when there is no working toilet!
