- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no fees for late nights or tolls, etc. Guests who enjoy a night out at Gillette or other venues with parking fees are responsible to pay the venue directly for the parking. Also, when you book a car for a night out, that vehicle will be yours for the duration; we don't try to add jobs while you are in the game or a show. We are there when you want us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While many new clients reach out to us the first time by email, most everyone finalizes their reservation by phone, at least the first few times. They learn quickly that we are professional and work hard to have a long term relationship with all of our guests.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's always a good idea to stop in and see the actual fleet and operation. Know what you are booking and gain a sense of trust with the company you choose to do business with. Support small business and reap the rewards of personal attention and drivers you know and trust.
