Blinds hung in ‘23 still look great. Definitely recommend whether you’re in the south jersey/philly area or even further out he really goes out of his way to make sure you are happy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use transparent pricing, we show you the manufacturers prices out of the price and then we make discounts accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’d like to start with a good discovery phone call. Next, an in-home professional consultation, then I write up a detailed order and I go over it with the Customer then I ensure proper expectations. After that, the order is processed, I keep it up a communication line with the customer and keep them informed of the production and then delivery and lastly installation, and then I ensure customer satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained by several representatives and also I had formal classes in Chicago for a major national corporation.
