This is the 9th Family Reunion where we had a Personal Chef for 16 persons. This was the best. The cooperation and the presentation were outstanding. And the meals were to die for! Will definitely be back to Roadhouse and Chef Kelly Clancy again.

Chef Kelly and waitress Emily where amazing. They worked efficiently, communicated well before and during, were punctual, and were so nice and attentive. The food was phenomenal and all my guests raved about it. We definitely recommend the Salmon with Thai chili sauce. They left the place spotless, which was awesome. If you are looking for a Private/personal Chef, I highly recommend Chef Kelly and Emily.

I looked to Thumbtack while researching a private chef's dinner for my Wife's 65th birthday for approx 13-15 people. After reading reviews, I decided to hire Chef Kelly of Roadhouse Culinary....Wow what an OUTSTANDING CHOICE! Kelly and I had multiple conversations about the dinner and Kelly created an amazing menu along with 2 Specialty cocktails. Hors Douvres Ahi Tuna Bites with sesame/soy/ginger garlic Salmon sushi rolls Baked Brie with fig in puff pastry Veggie crudite with three types of hummus Mini Avo Brioche bites Cocktails were a personalized Sussy fizz with vodka, club soda, muddled fruit and topped with Prosecco and a Spicy watermelon margarita....both delicious We then sat for dinner and did 5 courses of: 1) Halibut cevice and salmon carpaccio 2) tuna poke 3) Beet Salad Napolean 4) Black Sea Bass pan seared with peach and corn salsa...sides with the entree were mac n cheese, couscous with lemon parsley, and cauliflower with gruyere and carmelized onion. 5) For Dessert my wife's favorite is carrot cake so Kelly made an amazing one...in addition we had lemon bars, brownie bites, mini fruit tarts and mini milk shakes in cookie cup shots....all delicious Kelly brought Mandy who was a great server/bartender for the evening as well as Lenny another chef. Everyone not only thoroughly enjoyed the evening, they were a blown away by it. I couldn't have made a better choice Barry

Chef Kelly was amazing and my whole bridal party raved about her long after she and her assistant left! She had great communication with me from beginning to end about my bachelorette dinner. We did a cocktail hour with a few different appetizers which was phenomenal! We were actually having such a good time prior to cocktail hour that we asked to push the services back a half hour and she couldn’t have been more understanding! We also did a salad, dinner and dessert course that we’re out of this world! Chef Kelly and her assistant were so considerate to wear masks the entire time they were at our house and cleaned up everything as they went which was such a help. I can’t recommend her enough!

Amazing from beginning to end! We have never hired a private chef before and after this experience we will most definitely do it again. Chef Kelly was so easy to work with, professional and understanding of our wants. She created a perfect menu based on our conversations. We had Caprese appetizers and homemade pizza that were a great way to start the meal. We then had Gorgonzola filet mignons and gnocchi with a side of mashed potatoes for dinner that was so delicious. After dinner we had a strawberry lemonade cake that was amazing! If we are ever within Chef Kelly’s area again we would hire her in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our already wonderful weekend that much more special.

    I offer discounted pricing for customers booking food and floral services.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I generally start with a phone conversation to gather event details. Then I put together a specific menu of choices for your event. Once I know what selections you’d like, I can give you an accurate estimate.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I began in the restaurant and catering industry in 1990 and have worked at acclaimed restaurants La Maison des Poelles and the Chateau Relais property, The Auberge du Soliel in Napa Valley. I have worked on multi million dollar estates in CA as a private chef, done events and weddings for up to 350 with my catering service and most recently opened and ran a restaurant in the Caribbean. I have worked for super high end clients and celebrities but also love to cater to the average food lovers!
