We called Brickworks concrete and masonry because our front steps were crumbling and our back steps had a big drop down from the door. Laurence responded to my request. He reviewed all of our options and we hired him. Laurence and his teammate Matt came out in a couple of days while the weather was much better. They rebuilt our back steps and added a concrete pad also and repaired our front. It looks great. I wish I had taken a picture of the front steps before they were repaired, they were aweful but I do have the back steps before and after. Don't look at the rail, it's short and needs replacing but I did not have the new one in time so I asked to have the old one back for safety. I definitely recommend them, we are very happy with the outcome. Laurence gave us our instructions on when to use the steps and explained about the concrete curing time.

BrickWorks was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. From the beginning, their team asked detailed questions and had me take photos so they could better understand the issue. They were prompt, courteous, and very respectful of both me and my property. Their communication was excellent, and I appreciated how proactive they were in making sure they fully understood the situation before moving forward. The pricing was fair and comparable to others, which made the experience even better. Overall, the level of professionalism and customer service really stood out. Matt was excellent in the work he completed for us. After having someone e not show 2times it’s refreshing to have someone keep their word. He was efficient, explained what he was going to do, kept the area clean, cleaned up when he was done. I would highly recommend Brickworks and would use this company again if I needed to.
