We were extremely pleased with Hometown Pest Control. He was on time, willing to look around the house for more hives. Our hornet nest was huge and he did an excellent job removing it. He also removed a wasp nest. If needed, we would definitely have him back.

I canceled with a different company that priced LOWER because I saw how thorough Kevin was during the initial inspection compared to the other company. He climbed onto my roof and into the attic to check on my bat issue and let me know what the process was going to be for termite treatment. I figured if he was going to climb on a roof during a free inspection, then I’m sure the rest of his work would be great. When he came back to do the work, he also found a yellow jacket nest and took care of it. If you want work done right and guaranteed, go with Hometown Pest Control. I didn’t want to play around with bats or termites so I’m glad I made the right choice.

Kevin happened to be in the area, came within a half hour of me submitting my request. He was very good at explaining the process and immediately installed a one way out trap. The rodent was gone that night. He also gives a 120 day guarantee.
