Came to provide a quote, had a terrible attitude. When asked for a quote he was telling me how it costed $31 to get here so on. I am not going to commit to something without knowing all my options. Update: He messaged me after he stopped by for a quote that he wouldn’t take the job, and that’s totally fine. I didn’t have any issue with that. I didn’t think it was a right fit either. I had been writing this review when I got his text. But after I posted the review he sent some really inappropriate messages. Not someone I’d want to work with personally. To be fair, I don’t know what his actually work looks like, as the job didn’t get that far. But my personal review stands. I have shared the conversation thread with Thumbtack. I will leave it off here for now

Koss tackled a difficult job for us. It involved trim carpentry, plumbing, electrical and tile work. He finished off an outside closet into a outdoor entrance shower that is completely tiled. The job came out beautifully and we are super grateful to have met Koss. He is honest, gentlemanly, professional and diligent. Koss, my five young granddaughters thank you for the lovely shower and my wife is thrilled to have less sand in the house. Thank you and we look forward to our next job with you.
