My fault for not reading the reviews. Never showed up to the appointment. Never responded to my day of messages asking for an update. I understand things happen and would have rescheduled if Windows Operations could no longer meet with me, but having to drive an hour to get to the location and then waiting over an hour before realizing this was going to be a no show was extremely frustrating. Choose this business at your own risk.

He did not show up although appointment was confirmed. He did not even interact with me in a constructive manner to setup another appointment. I will not do business with him again. I will let others know about his incompetence as well.
