FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project, rather than a one-size-fits-all rate. We provide clear, upfront proposals after reviewing your project needs, so you know exactly what is included before moving forward. Fees typically reflect the level of design, engineering, and documentation required for permitting, and we do not add surprise charges once a scope is agreed upon. For smaller projects, we offer streamlined service options to keep costs practical, and for larger or more complex projects, we tailor our services to match the level of effort involved. Our pricing is fixed-fee services so that fees and payment schedules are fully transparent to our clients, so that all parties can be held accountable.
