Steven has been wonderful to work with. He is very responsive, thorough and understanding of the needs of his clients. We have hired local architects in the past but none have compared to the quality of work we have received from Steven. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are different (different scopes of work, services, timeline, etc). Feel free to reach out, and we can have a formal discussion and we can provide a detailed proposal. Our pricing is fixed-fee services so that fees and payment schedules are fully transparent to our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First some quick chats, emails, etc. to understand client needs and project scope/requirements. Then preferable either a phone call or video chat to discuss project specifics. Finally, we will issue a formal proposal outlining everything in detail. Once approved, the project begins!
