FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of session, project scope, and whether you need digital files, commercial printing, fine-art lab prints, or a combination. We offer affordable packages for portrait photography, headshots, family photos, passport photos, and product photography. On the printing side, we provide upfront, competitive pricing for everything from standard photo prints to large-format commercial orders. We clearly explain all costs before work begins—there are no hidden fees. Because we are a fully equipped professional photo lab, we print everything in-house, allowing us to pass the efficiency and cost savings directly to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your goals—whether you are looking to capture a family milestone, upgrade your professional branding, or print high-quality marketing materials for your business. You can contact us for a quick phone consultation or visit our Clinton studio and print lab. For photography, we guide you through styling and natural posing so you feel comfortable and relaxed. For printing and digital restoration, we review your files, negatives, or physical photos to recommend the perfect paper types, finishes, and dimensions. Because we handle everything in-house, we manage the entire editing, production, and printing process under one roof to ensure flawless quality and fast turnaround.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 28 years of dedicated experience across professional studio photography, digital imaging, photo lab management, and commercial print production. Our deep expertise spans studio portraits, corporate headshots, product photography, digital photo restoration (fixing tears, scratches, and colorization), and advanced wide-format printing. Operating high-end commercial equipment—including wide-format printers up to 44 inches wide—means we are experts in color accuracy, paper chemistry, and delivering sharp, vibrant results both digitally and in print.
