We had a great experience with Aqua Serenity Pools!!!We wanted a pool heater for our existing inground pool and this team handled everything we needed, end to end (equipment, permits, trenching, electrical and plumbing). They were so easy to work with, communications were clear and timely, team was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were so happy that we now use them for our pool opening & closings.

Last year I hired a company to handle my pool needs and they made it far worse than it was. In looking for a new pool service company, I found this company, and I would not trust my pool with anyone but Russ and his crew. They costed what I needed up front, no "hidden costs" everything transparent. Upon opening my pool was a disaster. Russ and crew had to put in a new salt cell (the other company didn't either bother with it), my pump was grinding and dying, it leaked out the top by the filter and it was a green mess. Russ and crew worked tirelessly on the pool and now it is like a brand new pool. Due to the extreme heat, this summer some of my neighbors have been fighting with algae. My pool has been crystal clear, the best its ever looked in years. I'm a Chemist and I check the water quality in my lab, and Russ and his crew have been spot on. I could not have been more pleased with this crew. They call when they leave, inform me what they did and what I need to do, show up, very reliable.Their costs are reasonable for the time and work they put into their service and I'm glad to be paying for the quality we've received.Owing a pool can be a problem and there are many pool service companies that claim to be outstanding that are duds-my previous company was rated 4.9/5 and they were horrible. Aqua has been a great find and we could not have been more pleased with the services and quality we received.
