They are expert in their job, they did great job in sanding and staining of old floor of two rooms and price was reasonable and less compared to other quotes. Also they took care of the cleaning afterwards.

We had x2 rooms and a long hallway of solid wood flooring that we needed sanded and refinished. We also had a very tight timeline of a few days to get the work done. Marvin responded immediately to our request for a quote and completed the job on schedule. He was very kind, answered all our questions, and worked with us to make sure we had access to some rooms when we needed them that would be cut off during the refinishing job. If you are looking to install, remove, carpet or any flooring services Marvin is your guy! Just purchase a home with carpet in some rooms. I requested Marvin a quote to remove carpet and install flooring for two rooms. He quickly responded and his price was reasonably fair so we confirmed and after removing carpet we found my two rooms had wood flooring! He was able to sand and restain them and they looked beautiful (last photo). I was pretty impressed with how fast and knowledgeable he was so I asked him for a second quote. I was planning on removing my basement carpet later in the year however I told him if he gave me a good price I would agree and so he did. Next think you know removing my basement carpet of 750 sq ft/ stairs and installing vinyl flooring. I have no regrets and I am very happy with his work and everything looks amazing! Thank you Marvin! I will def be booking him for my kitchen but thats a later project my husband said lol!

Marvin and his team were fantastic from start to finish. He worked with my schedule and was very flexible. He refinished our hard wood floors which look beautiful now and when we were falling behind on our own projects he picked those up as well. He laid down our kitchen flooring and painted our living room, hallway, trim and doors and did it all within a few days. Truly amazing experience. We will be recommending him to everyone!
