Marvin and his team did an exceptional job of sanding and resurfacing our aging hardwood floors, which were approximately 60 years old. Their workmanship made the floors as good as new, successfully matching the stain color of recently installed floors elsewhere in the house. Marvin went above and beyond, addressing repairs to other flooring areas and offering to paint surrounding areas without additional charges, a service other companies were unwilling to provide. In addition to the resurfacing, they were also to completely replace another set of stairs in a different part of the house. Their flexibility, punctuality, and excellent communication skills were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.
