- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a fair pricing structure based on the home and what needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we make contact, we come out and inspect the roof and make our recommendations. At that point, the customer will make their decision with no pressure from us. If agreed upon, we complete the job accordingly to the customers time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly attend training workshops both in person and virtually. I have been doing this for a very long time. No substitute for experience.
