We have standard rates for different services we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we go out to a customer for the first time we want them to be present. We look at their pool first. Look for any problems. We want to find out from them what their needs are and how we can resolve the issue, with the best service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 40 plus years in the pool industry. Education and training is an on going yearly process.
