Weve been having issues with slow drainage in the kitchen sink and would leave a greasy layer when the water finally drained. I tried drain-o and snaking the pipes and decided to call a professional to come figure out what was causing this. John was nice and patient with me to explain what needed to be done. We ended up having to hydrojet the pipes after his inspection. I dont regret it because Im sure in the long run its better for the health and life of the pipes. Thank you!

Craig brought a breath of fresh air to the experience with vendors, he responded within minutes after all my questions, his team showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time, completed the project onsite to the pleasure of my tenant who provided great feedback about their professionalism and the quality of work.
