I own quite a few airbnbs at the Shore. I had a really bad backup at one of my properties a few hours before a guest was set to check in. I reached out needing it handled right away. They responded quickly and John was able to fix the problem quickly enough that my cleaners were able to finish! I'm calling them from now on, highly recommend.
