- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wouldn't call our pricing system complicated, we just need to see the scope of the work to give you a fair price. Every job is different and the only way, in terms of pricing, to be fair is to accurately measure and survey each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job is surveyed and then there is a consultation that follows to explain exactly the work that will be done. If we then can agree on the price for the service that is needed, a date is set up for the work to be started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since we are certified by Certainteed for commercial roofing, we successfully completed their training program.
