Lem did an excellent job, by recommending the best approach to get my bathroom leak fixed. I did not plan for restoration of the wet ceiling and underneath, but he explained the importance of getting the restoration done. Post the restoration started I contacted him to replace the bathtub drain. He did it right at once no more leaks. He is also very responsible and showed up on time, even he had tested everything while I was at work. Highly recommend Lem to anyone and the price was also very reasonable!
