Lemuel called right away and as at the house in 30 minutes as promised. He quickly found the issue and rectified it. He charged me 275 for 30 minutes which was a little steep I thought and he did not send me a reciept even after i asked.

Had a great experience with LEM. They came by quickly, were very knowledgeable and were able to quickly assess what the issue was. Unfortunately, the problem was for our sprinkler company to address but I would not hesitate to call LEM again for any future plumbing issues!
