Lem arrived on time, explained the problem, explained how he is going to fix and how long he will need. He repaired a leak in the toilet and left the place very clean. I will hire him in future for any work.

This is the best experience I had with a service professional. Lem was punctual, very professional and the water heater replacement was reasonably priced and completed quickly. He was extremely and cleaned the entire work. What a pleasure having Lem perform the water heater replacement. Too bad 5 stars is the top rating. He should receive at least 10 stars. Extremely happy with the service and I highly recommend him.

LEM Mechanical arrived on time, gave me options for Garden Hose Spigot replacement. Once agreed on the fix, he fixed it quickly, replaced Hose Bib and cleaned up. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Would recommend him for plumbing repairs.

I recently contacted Lem to fix my leaking pipe in the ceiling. Few minutes after requesting a quote, he called me to set up a visit. At first I thought it’s coming from the shower pipe but with his knowledge and expertise he explained that it’s from thebaseboard heater. He explained everything and fixed the leak. He made sure that my heat is working and not leaking before leaving. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend to my friends/family. He has this calm, friendly and nice demeanor. Quality of work is amazing!

Woke up Sunday morning and our hot water heater had busted. My wife and I tried to find someone who could help and Lem was the only one who was happy to come ASAP on a Sunday. I texted him a couple of pictures of our current situation and he arrived with a brand new water heater and installed it in a couple hours, Even took the old one with him. He couldn’t be nicer and happier to help. He was very thorough and explained every thing he did. Highly recommend
