What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible and willing to work with customers on pricing. I'm known for giving low prices for high quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First its a free estimate where we discuss price. Next we set a date to start. Then we go over colors and paint. I advise them on all the different paints and textures that's available. If they are not sure what colors they want, I show them a color chart to choose from. The customer has two options. They can buy the paint themselves or I offer to buy it for them in which they will get a 20% discount. Once the job starts I give the customer updates daily on the progress of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years of experience. Nothing can beat that.
