- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Pastry Arts. I also have 4 years of managing a bakery and now the pleasure to own one! I also research the newest techniques and try to master them as quickly as possible so I can offer them to my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved doing my kids birthday cakes when they were younger. Honestly though I was more excited about making Christmas cookies than actual Christmas as a kid, guess it goes way back!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to have some sort of idea of what you are looking for and explain it well. Communication is key. We love examples of designs and colors. The more descriptive the better... After all we want you to love it!!
