Jing helped me a lot figuring out and resolving an electronic issue with my valve. He was very methodical and worked on all the possibilities before he identifies the issue. He also wanted to turn on all my zones so that he can inspect the whole system and provided really good advise on schedules, run times and how each sprinkler can be adjusted for the best results. He pricing was also very reasonable. I will definetly use him as my to go person for any irrigation issues and winterizing my system. Thank you Jing!

This is my first time using Thumbtack and it was a pleasant experience! Jing was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to learn my 20 year old system. In the course of turning my system on in the spring, he inspected all the sprinkler heads to ensure that they were functioning properly. He discovered that one of my sprinkler heads malfunctioned. He diagnosed that the head was not popping up. He dug around the head and made sure that there were no leaks. This fixed the issue. Overall, he performed the turn-on efficiently and communicated well as he went along. I will have him return to shut off the system in the fall. I would highly recommend him for similar projects.

Jing was very professional and overly competent in every part of our interaction. He communicated well and kept to his word. He was very conscientious to every detail and when met with an obstacle he remained positive and worked through it to a desired solution. I will have him back in the Fall to shut down the system and, at some point down the line, have him test the back flow system.

The winterization service was great! Although the property's sprinkler system was uniquely built, he took the time to investgate how each zone could be winterized and to exlain the ins and outs of the sprinklers themselves. would highly recommend

We had our sprinkler system winterized by him this year and it was honestly great! He was super responsible and careful — didn’t rush at all. He checked every zone, made sure everything was completely cleared out so nothing freezes over the winter. He’s also really friendly and easy to talk to. Explained what he was doing, gave us tips for winter and spring, and didn’t try to upsell anything. And the price was very reasonable — definitely cheaper than the bigger companies — but the service was way better. Just super solid work. We’ll definitely call him again in the spring to turn the system back on. Highly recommend! 👍
