Finding a yoga instructor you’re very comfortable with isn’t always easy and has been a struggle of mine for years, thankfully Reyna gave very thoughtful adjustments throughout class and left me feeling very content and happy with myself!

I am an insured + certified RYT 200 Yoga instructor, with over 1000 hours of teaching students of all levels and ages ranging from 2-88. 💓 I was a teacher in the Newark Public Schools from 2012-2017 and am a certified PreK-3rd grade teacher.
