Having struggled with my weight & motivation to exercise all of my life, Johnny has really been incredible with keeping me accountable, putting a plan in place for me to reach my goals, and to focus on within as if I am not focusing and being true to myself ... I am only cheating myself! If something isn't working or I am concerned with anything at all - we alter my plan and make it work with what I want, need, and strive to be. 5:45am isn't always easy but Johnny is always on time and coming in with the best attitude - it makes me actually ENJOY this more than I ever could have imagined. I am SO beyond glad that I found him and cannot wait to continue to better myself with his guidance and knowledge of fitness and nutrition!

I want to share my fitness/health journey that's been steered by John Nardone. 7 months ago I suffered a knee-buckling back injury. At 33 years old I felt as if I was 83. I could not walk, go down the stairs, sit on the toilet or get out of bed without assistance or taking 10min to do any of the above on my own with excruciating pain. It was a very scary moment in my life. I thought I would never be the same again, even my physical therapist was very concern with my injury.This was it-I thought, I would never be able to go back to work or be the same husband, son, big brother and friend to my loved ones. After a few weeks of PT I realized that my main problem was lack of strength and stability and that PT was just a bandage. I needed guidance so I did my research and looked around for a good personal trainer to help me get started safely, and sure enough, i came across John Nardone. He reassured me that he was experienced and had great results with injured clients. I never lifted a barbell in my life with a few exceptions back in HS. I had no idea what I was doing, I felt awkward, out of place and lost but John made everything so easy and comfortable. I could barely lift the barbell even without any plates, or do a single pullup, pushup or lundge. That was 6 months ago, now I'm on pace to deadlift well over 400lb and squat over 300lb. Most importantly, since I started, I have not had a single incident of back pain! On the contrary, I never felt better. I randomly grab my wife and squat her around the house! She's really happy about the results as well. Because of John I have gone from thinking I will never be the same again, to I can't wait to see how much stronger I can get! He has single handedly changed my health outcomes for the rest of my life. Words can't express how grateful I am to John and I can assure you if your in the area there is no debate, get in before he has no slots left!

I wish I could blame the pandemic but I have been out of shape for a long time. I never made time for working out and experienced some body pain related to neuropathy that made exercise mentally and physically difficult. For so long I chose being lazy rather than being active. I made my appointment with John in hopes I would snap out of my funk but wanted to cancel before I even got to our first session. After our first workout and discussion, I was so happy I didn’t cancel. John has been so flexible and created a workout regime and schedule that works for me making this so easy to commit myself to. More importantly, he is incredibly encouraging and holds me accountable. Now, I leave every workout feeling better than the last even when they are challenging. I feel 100% at ease and confident working out with him, he makes it fun and explains everything thoughtfully and patiently. He focuses on my form and adjusts to my capabilities so I haven’t experienced any of the pain I expected, in fact, my joint and nerve pain have lessened since we started. He knows exactly how to explain things to me and what motivates me. It's only been 2 months but I already see changes and feel stronger every week. I feel so motivated to push myself and have learned more about physical health than I ever have before. He personalizes our sessions so they never feel stale or boring. I love that every workout is different, it challenges me and makes the time go by so quickly. I look forward to my sessions with John, not just because of the physical changes or my improved state of mind, but because he has shown me the importance of adding activity to my everyday routine better than any trainer or fitness coach has ever done. Whether it is working out, how I should eat, or post-workout recovery, John has guided me every step of the way. He has helped me understand and embrace the many aspects that go into a healthier lifestyle. I practice some of the more difficult exercises on my own which is something I would never do on a non-workout day. I am now conscious of my day to day activity and eating well. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done in such a short period of time. I’ve recently started my sessions with Johnny and have attended 5 sessions so far, and he is AMAZING! So professional and makes my workout fun! I’m already seeing changes and he’s so knowledgeable mixing my workouts and identifying the right super sets. He also looks at diet and other requirements to ensure that I’m getting the right support I need. Above all, such a nice guy - it’s never been so much fun for me to workout with someone before. Highly recommend!

I’ve worked with a few different trainers over the last several years & Johnny is by far the best. He comes prepared with awesome workouts & great conversation. Each session is different & just as intense as the last. The stronger I get, the harder the workouts get which is how a good trainer should work. He takes his job seriously, is super reliable & flexible with rescheduling sessions should we need to. 5 stars - highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

    I am generally cheaper than most trainers. Prices also include nutrition planning and programming for the days we do not workout together.

    NASM certified personal trainer. Fitness nutrition specialist and currently pursuing my bachelors in exercise science.

    Anywhere from professional athletes to clients coming out of physical therapy. Elderly, obese, knee replacement clients, shoulder replacement clients as well as TBI (traumatic brain injury) clients.
