- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very easy. For our residential customers we offer a Flat Rate service fee, NOT charged by the hour like some other companies. Whether it takes us 5 minutes or 2 hours, there is no additional labor charge. We use only high quality parts to ensure a long life expectancy for your garage door and opener system.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It really does matter what service professional you use. Always use a licensed contractor for your own protection. We are Licensed and Insured, and have been in the business for over a decade. The quality of the garage door and opener products you choose to install also make a huge difference in their life expectancy. We use Clopay and Liftmaster products exclusively. Both have won the Best of Business award for their residential products.
