Introduction: As a personal trainer, I work to improve stamina, strength and coordination; all are important for good health. I will also work with clients on specific needs for a health issue or a goal they have set for themselves or by a professional. I have a BS in health and physical education, played college football and was an ocean lifeguard for 10 years. I have had my share of ills and operations and made strong comebacks to fitness.
Remember: You have to walk before you can run. First things first, see your doctors and tell them what you want to accomplish and get their approval on a program set up by you and me. Ask them for a diet to follow and what supplements we discussed are proper for you. Then be prepared to be amazed. If you can stay with a program that's easy to follow to start the results, it will drive you on to higher goals.
