Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements. Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items. Lay out floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible. Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and install them where designated. Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance. Build scaffolding and other construction structures. Proficient with tools, measuring instruments, heavy machinery, and electrical equipment. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Physically fit with high endurance. Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Adheres to best practices regarding occupational safety hazards. Communicating with the customer start and end times each day and the status of the project.
