- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually my pricing is discounted at 15-20% against average price. But my pricing is negotiable in every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first - I have to introduce myself as a qualified contractor. The second - I have to inspect new project on jobsite. The third - I have to show to customer all details of project. The fourth - I have to prepare detailed scope of work for signing.
