FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every estimate is based on the specific condition of your HVAC system and the work required. Diagnostic fees may be waived if you choose to move forward with the recommended repair. I also offer competitive pricing on maintenance services and can provide discounts for multiple units or larger projects. You'll always receive a clear estimate before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts by listening to the customer's concerns and evaluating the HVAC system to identify the root cause of the issue. After the inspection, I explain my findings in clear, honest terms and provide a detailed estimate before any work begins. Once approved, I complete the repair or service using professional tools and industry best practices. Before leaving, I test the system to ensure it is operating properly and answer any questions to help the customer keep their system running efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an EPA Universal 608 Certified HVAC-R technician with professional training in residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. I have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC equipment while following EPA regulations and industry best practices. I stay up to date with modern equipment, proper diagnostic procedures, and safety standards to ensure every job is completed correctly, efficiently, and with lasting results.
