Our rates start at $160 (depending on your unit) to diagnose & possibly repair your issues if you do not have an error code. Parts & software are extra. Was looking for a professional to assist me with a repair to my MBP. I work in IT, and am attending training and need my laptop, so I am familiar with hardware however have limited experience fixing my own MBP. I had just repalced the display assembly and HHD for a SSD and the screen went black. Mr.Marone listened to me and rather than having me come down to do a costly diagnosis to fix a simple problem he made a suggestion that I check for kinked cabling. I found the issue causing my screen to go black, a lose cable. He saved me hundreds of $$ and a lot of time. The next time I have an issue that is beyond my own capabilities, I will seek him out as a trust worthy individual who is highly technical and good at his work. Thanks Mr. Marone for your help and I will not forget you!!

Joe traveled from New Jersey to Manhattan just to see and diagnose the paper jamming problem in my Epson Artisan inkjet printer. And he fixed it! A very nice person too.

If you RECORD yourself saying The Pledge of Allegiance & send it to me you get $20 off labor cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off ****** the make & model if it is worth $300 or less & not a simple paper jam do electronic recycling it's not worth repair. Next when was maintenance done on your printer? It may need a cleaning & maintenance kit. If you have the model number & error codes or pictures TEXT them we can possibly skip a diagnostics fee. IF you don't we would have to diagnose the issue with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of IT experience. I started B2C411 as a National IT service provider.
