Customer always pays for materials, negotiate reasonable rates, free estimates and total price per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I start with reviewing project options with clients. I then prepare an estimate for the job. I send an official proposal with estimated costs to the client. Once an agreement is reached between both parties, I set-up an appointment to begin project. I always use the 1st day of the project to protect area to prevent any damage. 2nd day of project, I use to being working.
