Introduction
My goal as a trainer is to help clients achieve their goals in weight loss, fitness, and staying healthy.
I am Chris Stephens, and if you want to becoming a strong, healthy, and fit individual - C.A.S fitness is the right program for you. C.A.S fitness Stands for CAN'T AVOID STRENGTH. In life anything we do need some sort of strength, whether if its getting up to go to work in the morning, or as little as exercising. Strength is something that can be taught and can also help you over come any kinds of defeat you may have and will come upon, whether physical or mental.
I am a personal trainer who has a love for working with people who wants to accomplish goals such as staying fit, eating healthy, and living a healthy lifestyle. I do $50 for 6 sessions, 30 minutes long. my workouts include fat-burning, high intense cardio, muscular strength building, flexibility, and weight loss.
I am a former track and field coach, so most of my clients are high school and college athletes. I have help athletes accomplish great success on the state and national level of their fitness.
