He was a great guy. Although there were some lapses in not allowing him access to the backyard to retrieve water and set up his ladder, he managed to find a way to reach the gutter. He cleaned it thoroughly using only his hands and even returned a phone that was already broken. I would say my employer was satisfied, and I will definitely recommend him and utilize his services again in the future.
