Regarding the area, I charge a fee for estimates majority of the jobs. I just go and fix what you need fixing without an estimate.
I can charge a hourly rate or a project rate which ever comes cheaper for you. I’m not the type of person to get rich off of one job. I really want you to choose me as your handyman for any home projects I’m a family man and I’ll fix your house or apartment as I would do if it was mine I’m very good with detail so if you want your project to get done the first time right, let me know

He came in the same day, did a great job at fixing the water damage due to whole in the pipe in my wall. Also fixed the railing and installed a new dishwasher. Would recommend.

Marco was quick to respond to this request and expertly converted our useless cabinet kitchen desk into a soon to be relaxing bench area. He was able to maximize our storage by removing just two side draws, meanwhile he lowered the countertop to a stool chair seating level.
Additionally, he sealed the floor to wall corner gaps behind the cabinet draws, added framing to the bottom of our window and provided finishing touches to the project with paint and maple wood colored markers for wood blemishes. Once we get our cushions for the space, it will be a great looking lounger and reading area.

Handyman Hernandez came through for me in a pinch. I was looking to have some things done around the house, but I needed immediate service. HH got back to me almost immediately, and came the same day. He stayed until the work was finished, and even came back a second day to do more. He was professional, friendly, and did great work. Marco did several jobs for us today: fixed a kitchen cabinet, installed a toilet seat and an exhaust fan cover, moved furniture, fixed and cut a shelf, cleaned dryer vent, installed attic insulation, fixed loose front steps. Everything was done expertly. Nice guy too! We will hire him again soon to powerwash our patio and walk. Highly recommended.

Some customers don’t see little things that I do that one is done right you can tell the difference and that’s what I mean by good in detail
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to let them know basically the first project that they show me a little know what steps as to be done, and they get a better understanding and how the job is what it actually takes to do the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only education I have is that everything that I do I learned in mastery I started when I was 16 from a older guy they used to do everything by hand, the trim of the house flooring, the trim on the windows he did it himself, and I learned from him everything and now we have of course tools that are more advance. They get done quicker.
